- Based on a prior 31 year career with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the State Department and the Peace Corps, plus experience in commercial banking and management consulting.

CONSULTING:
- Presently Senior SharePoint Advisor to the Office of eDiplomacy, State Department, Washington D.C. (under consulting agreement with WorldWide Information Network Systems, Inc., or WINS)
- Designed agendas and coordinated 35 speakers for SUGNOVA's Regional SharePoint Users Conferences in 2009, 2008 and 2007 in Reston, Virginia.
- Helped develop a Knowledge Management Proposal to USAID for American Institutes for Research (2006)
